Mixingle TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Mixingle programs and services booked through Mixingle, LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By clicking “process my order” or submitting an application for any Mixingle program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement, the Terms of Service (“TOS”), and the Privacy Policy, each hereby incorporated by reference, and expressly agree to, and consent to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained therein. This agreement shall have the same legal effect and force as a written and signed document.

 

1. Services

 

By applying for or purchasing a Mixingle program, Mixingle, LLC agrees to provide access to one or more of the following:

  • Mixingle Circles: A structured, small-group program designed to foster deep and lasting connections over a six-week period.

  • Coaching: Personalized support to help you strengthen your ability to build meaningful relationships.

  • Curated Experiences: Specialized opportunities for members to engage with like-minded individuals in an intentional way.

Mixingle does not guarantee friendship, romantic relationships, or any specific outcomes. The success of these programs depends on participants' commitment and engagement.

 
2. Fees & Refunds
​

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required with all Mixingle Circles applications. This secures your spot in the matching process.

  • Once matched, you will receive your Circle's first meetup details. After attending the first meetup, you have 48 hours to pay the remaining $200 program fee if you choose to continue.

  • If you choose not to continue after the first meetup, no further payment is required. 

  • If we are unable to place you in a Circle, your deposit stays active and transfers to the next available cohort. 

  • Once the remaining $200 program fee is paid and you continue past Week 1, no refunds will be issued except in cases of genuine extenuating circumstances (job loss, medical emergency, relocation). Contact us directly and we will work with you.

Other services (such as coaching and events) have separate refund policies outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Participant Expectations

 

By joining a Mixingle program, you agree to:

  • Show up consistently and participate fully in your assigned group

  • Communicate respectfully with other participants

  • Follow the guidelines and recommendations provided to enhance your experience

 

Failure to engage or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund

4. Group Matching

​

While we strive to create compatible groups, Mixingle cannot guarantee perfect matches. Group composition depends on applicant pool and availability.

5. Contact Information

​

Participants agree to provide accurate contact information and update Mixingle of any changes that may affect program participation.

 
6. Privacy & Data Protection

 

Mixingle is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties without your consent. By applying to a Mixingle program, you consent to receiving communications about program updates, resources, and future offerings. You may opt out at any time.

 

7. Publicity & Media Release

 

Mixingle, LLC reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or testimonials that participants voluntarily share or that are taken during Mixingle programs for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant Mixingle the right to use your likeness without compensation. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting info@mixingle.com

 

8. Safety & Conduct

 

Participants engaging in harassment, inappropriate behavior, or conduct that makes others feel unsafe will be removed immediately without refund. Mixingle reserves the right to conduct background checks if deemed necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

Mixingle, LLC is not responsible for:

  • The success or outcome of any connections formed through our programs

  • Any interactions, conflicts, or disputes between participants

  • Any incidental, consequential, or special damages related to your participation​​

 

10. Force Majeure

 

Mixingle, LLC is not responsible for program delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: Acts of God, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or other disruptions beyond our control. In such cases, Mixingle will work with participants to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements when possible.

 

11. General Terms
​

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties

  • Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties

  • This Agreement shall be governed by Washington state law

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Washington state or federal courts

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent
