Applying is easy! Just fill out the application form, which helps us match you with the best circle based on your interests, personality traits, age range, and availability. Your application also serves as a brief bio that will be shared with your group upon acceptance.

Once you submit your application, you'll pay a small nonrefundable deposit upfront to secure your spot. If your cohort is full or canceled, you'll receive a full refund, or be put into the next round, top-priority.

2. What’s different about this program compared to other social meetups?

Unlike casual meetups, Community Circles are structured, commitment-based, and collaborative. Each member plays an active role in planning and participating in events, ensuring engagement, accountability, and deeper connections.

3. How Are Community Circles Formed?

We understand that finding the right group fit is crucial for meaningful connections. That's why we thoughtfully match each Community Circle based on key compatibility factors:

4. What kind of activities will we do?

Your group will collaboratively decide on activities based on shared interests, creating experiences that feel natural and enjoyable. Popular activities include:

To help you get started, we'll plan your first meetup for you — typically at a welcoming venue like a restaurant, coffee shop, or park. You'll also receive comprehensive guidance on planning meaningful meetups, along with curated suggestions to keep engagement high throughout the program.

5. What are the Circle roles, and how do they work?

To maintain high engagement and ensure smooth group dynamics, each member takes on a rotating role throughout the program. These roles are designed to feel natural and balanced, never overwhelming:

Circle Lead: Welcomes everyone and sets a positive tone for each session. Serves as the grounding presence that initiates meetups and maintains group cohesion.
Event Lead: Plans and organizes weekly meetups based on group preferences and interests.
Vibe Coordinator: Ensures everyone feels included by engaging quieter members and suggesting icebreakers or conversation starters when needed.
Chat Connector: Manages the group chat, maintaining connection between sessions with thoughtful check-ins, photos, and relevant content.
Reflection Buddy: Acts as the group's emotional pulse-checker, noticing when members need support and offering thoughtful prompts during meetups.

6. What Kind of Support Will I Receive During the 6 Weeks?

You'll receive personalized group matching, onboarding sessions, weekly check-ins, role assignments, troubleshooting support, and access to alumni networks to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

7. What if I can’t commit to the full program?

This program is designed to build deeper connections over time, so we ask that participants commit to the majority of the sessions. If now isn't the right time, we encourage you to apply for a future circle!

8. How many people will be in each circle?

Each circle will likely consist of 4-6 participants carefully selected for compatibility, shared interests, and age range.

9. What if I don’t make a close friend during the program?

While we can't guarantee lifelong friendships, we do promise to create an environment that makes forming connections much easier. Even if you don't meet your new best friend, you'll gain valuable social skills and expand your network.

10. What is included in the $125 program fee?

Your program fee covers personalized matching, guided structure and resources, dedicated group chat and alumni network, ongoing support, a built-in community, and a final celebration hosted by Mixingle.

11. How will I know the details for each session?

We've streamlined the planning process to eliminate stress and confusion. Each group follows a structured framework that makes scheduling seamless and straightforward.

Your rotating Event Coordinator will confirm weekly details including time, location, and logistics. All information is shared in your dedicated group chat, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.

You'll receive comprehensive guidelines, curated event ideas, and weekly reminders to maintain momentum without pressure. Our system provides just enough structure to keep things flowing smoothly, while offering flexibility to customize your experience.
