Once you submit your application, you'll pay a small nonrefundable deposit upfront to secure your spot. If not immediately placed, your application stays active for future rounds.

2. What’s different about this program compared to other social meetups?

Unlike casual meetups, Community Circles are structured, commitment-based, and collaborative. The consistent weekly meetings over six weeks build the familiarity and trust that one-off events simply can't achieve. Each member plays an active role in planning and participating in events, ensuring engagement, accountability, and deeper connections.

5. What are the Circle roles, and how do they work?

To maintain high engagement and ensure smooth group dynamics, each member takes on a rotating role throughout the program. These roles are designed to feel natural and balanced, never overwhelming:

Circle Lead: Welcomes everyone and sets a positive tone for each session. Serves as the grounding presence that initiates meetups and maintains group cohesion
Event Lead: Plans and organizes weekly meetups based on group preferences and interests
Vibe Coordinator: Ensures everyone feels included by engaging quieter members and suggesting icebreakers or conversation starters when needed

7. What if I can’t commit to the full program?

This program is designed to build deeper connections over time, so we ask that participants commit to the majority of the sessions. We understand life happens though! If you need to miss a week due to vacation or other commitments, your group can decide together whether to keep the scheduled meetup or move it to accommodate everyone.

However, if you anticipate missing multiple sessions or can't fully engage with the program right now, we encourage you to apply for a future circle when the timing works better for you.

8. How many people will be in each circle?

Each circle will likely consist of 4-6 participants carefully selected for compatibility, shared interests, and age range.

9. What if I don’t make a close friend during the program?

While we can't guarantee lifelong friendships, we do promise to create an environment that makes forming connections much easier. Even if you don't meet your new best friend, you'll gain valuable social skills and expand your network.

You'll receive comprehensive planning guidelines, curated event ideas, and gentle reminders to keep things flowing smoothly. Our framework provides just enough structure while giving you flexibility to customize your experience.

12. I want to sign up! What are the key dates?

Community Circles launches quarterly, with our next cohort beginning in Winter 2026.

Applications typically open for 2 weeks, followed by a week-long matching process. Once groups are finalized, your 6-week Community Circle experience begins! You'll receive detailed timeline information once you submit your application.
